It was okay. Wasn't a fan of the glass they serve the margarita in, the chicken wasn't seasoned.. nice staff, pretty place.
The food was amazing! Make sure you make a reservation! They were packed at 5pm!!
Always amazing! Thank you June!! Service wasn't the best tonight but usually it ON POINT! Been coming here for 17 years! I even had my wedding reception at Diego's and it was perfect.
MUST VISIT Amazing little gem of the foothills, despite living here for 30 years this was my first visit to this local fave. Been hearing wonderful things and finally made the trip in. Beautiful little location just outside of downtown Grass Valley(walking distance) sits this wonderful eclectic Latin inspired eatery with a nice little outdoor patio. Get there early if youwant a seat outside or make a reservation. (OK full disclosure June and I went to high school together and I think we even wentsnowboarding once, so take this review with a little 30 year ago bias). Hostess was super friendly and prompt and despite nothaving a reservation she gladly sat me outside. I ordered the sunrise lemonade which came in a quaint mason jar and wasexquisitely delicious, I highly recommend this. After perusing the vast menu of Latin inspired foods I settled on the PanquequeEspecial. A massive burrito sized crêpe smothered in cheese and guacamole, and inside an amazing blend of Chilean spices, rice,and house-made, ground chorizo pork with grilled pineapple. Served with a little side of sautéed vegetables there was more thanI could finish. I will definitely be back, and you will too.
I've eaten at Diego's three times now. Their food is fresh and I love the flavor combos. Just delicious! Their staff is friendly and everything comes out hot (or perfectly chilled) and at the perfect time. Can't wait to go back. ????
