The prime rib they served was an embarrassment to Montana cattle ranchers. It was beyond well done and very dry, and appeared to be supplemented with well done, dry chuck roast. It came with maybe 2 tbs of au jus, and enough horseradish for 1 person to have it on 4 or 5 bites. My potato, while small, was quite good. My carrots were good, while my girlfriend 's were mushy. The train crew was very good, nothing bad to say about them. For a dinner train, the dinner SUCKED. Worst prime rib in Montana.
