This was very good and tasted exactly like a Peach Mango drink. The boba was also firm and tasted fresh. Seating: None. But it's inside the mall, so there is plenty of seating outside the place. Location: Great, it's located in a busy mall with plenty of parking, and the area seems to be low on crime. Service: Good! I was greeted upon entry!

The Thai tea was terrible, didn't taste like tea at all. Such a disappointment. It was so watery.
