We were seated quickly even though it was pretty busy when we arrived. Staff was helpful. Ordered a delicious cesar salad to start off with. Our pizza was of the best quality! We left with happy stomachs and not upset stomachs. The pizza tasted so healthy and fresh. I believe we ordered a basil pesto pizza with different toppings. Will come back here for another cute date night. Next time we will order some wine too! View all feedback.
What Travis bennett doesn't like about Grimaldi's Pizzeria:
The pizza was soggy when it arrived at the table. In my opinion, there were too many toppings, which made it difficult to achieve a crispy crust. I ordered The Don, the Bruschetta Trio, and the Cocoa'nana cheesecake. I could hardly eat the pizza with my hands because it was so wet. Additionally, the restaurant seemed to have a fly issue, with flies of all sizes buzzing around. The bruschetta was neither outstanding n... View all feedback.

I've come here on many occasions, and find this to be the most flavorful and delicious pizza in the area if you like a thin crust. Really good options, and have found the staff to be very pleasant and friendly every time. I tried the white pizza this week (pictured), and wasn't disappointed. Highly recommended!
I ordered a small house salad with vinaigrette dressing for $8, which arrived in a small bowl. Don't be deceived by the size of the bowl, though—it was enough salad to feed four people. However, the vinaigrette dressing was just overly oily. I also ordered a pizza with 18 toppings, including pepperoni, jalapeños, and mushrooms, for $27. Overall, the salad was okay, and the pizza was good. If you enjoy pricey thin-crust pizza with premium toppings and expensive salads, then this is the place for you. Just make sure to come with a group of four or more to share the costs!
The pizza was soggy when it was served to her. In my opinion, there were too many toppings, which made it difficult to achieve a nice, crispy crust. I ordered the don, bruschetta trio, and cocoa’nana cheesecake. The pizza was so soggy that I couldn't eat it with my hands. Additionally, the restaurant experienced some issues with the flight of each size being inconsistent. The bruschetta was neither particularly good nor bad, but the cheesecake was absolutely delicious!
The restaurant had a stylish and attractive ambiance. I decided to try their pizza after seeing such positive reviews. However, I found the thin crust to be excessively hard, reminiscent of overcooked bread, and the flavor was just average. The Margherita pizza was better than the pesto option. On the downside, I was charged $5 for chicken as a topping, but I wasn't informed about the cost when I requested it. To my surprise, I also found a paper packet of either salt or pepper in the pizza crust. Overall, I felt the pizzas were overpriced, with a significant gap between price and value. They were even more expensive than some of the top pizza places in Chicago! Unfortunately, neither the quantity nor the quality of the pizza justified the price I paid.
