Charleys Cheesesteaks - Grapevine

This is the best sandwich I have ever had. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Alberto was very friendly and helpful. The entire staff put in hard work with a smile as they prepared my sandwich. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others. They have won over my business.

The customer service at this restaurant was poor. The staff did not speak or understand English well. They were seen playing and laughing, even wrestling over the grill area. There was no courtesy shown towards customers. The front counter was dirty with spilled hair, and the floor in front of the counter was also dirty. The employees seemed to prioritize laughing over their work. While I understand that COVID has made it challenging to find workers, I would prefer to wait longer for good service rather than be served by the unprofessional crew I encountered on the evening of March 22, 2022 at 5:30 pm.

The restaurant does not close at 9 o'clock, but rather when they feel like it. Around 8:15, with 3 people in line, the man looked at me and said they were closed. 10 other people who came after me were also turned away.

Charley never lets me down. love, love, love to eat there and never disappoint them.

Stopped by last Wednesday and picked up a Philly cheesesteak with some cheese fries with bacon. Absolutely loved it!!!
