Bwws was in a steady decline. eating has become worse and now there are no bogo offers on Tuesday and Thursday. it is now a buy, pick up a half when I go on, I am sure that I will come back and lower the score, as the offers and quality will continue to fall.

Ordered wrap with no tomatoes.. tomatoes came on it. The wrap and the fries were shockingly cold. This isn't the first time our order has been jacked up. Just the first time I'm writing about it. It's pretty hard to get under 4 stars total on Google. You have to consistently be bad. And no amount of, come have something free helps when there is a deep, repetitive, core issue with quality control.

Service was good.But food taste was very bad at this place. I went to other buffalo wildwings location where I liked food. I expected the same here also.

Just purchased these seasonings and when opened they were one solid brick . Had to break it up with a knife . I’ve purchased these before . Pretty sure they aren’t supposed to be like this . The both are still very clumpy.Lemon pepper wings had just a sprinkle of lemon pepper on some and others had none .

As soon as we walked in, the smell was horrid, but we were hungry and decided to proceed. Our server was enthusiastic and very attentive! We immediately ordered two frozen margaritas, which took a while to come out... when they arrived, it was obvious, just by looking, that they were just ice... no color at all. Oh wow, that first sip was like a punch in the face! As bitter as bitter can get! Needless to say, they were unconsumable. Judging by the lack of standards and management in this restaurant, we feared the consequences of asking for another drink. To top it off, our food came out cold, making our complete experience (minus our awesome server) was torturous!I really hate leaving negative reviews, but people need to be warned... the stomach turning smell alone, upon entry, should be reason enough to find another option.
