I had a terrible experience that felt like a huge waste of time. The online menu is completely different from what you find in person. Instead of the four vegetarian (and/or vegan) options listed, there was only one available, and it was just black beans. To make matters worse, the prices were 1.5 to 2 times higher than what was advertised. The fried yuca was just average. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

I can't give a rating for the food because I never received any. All I got was an excuse about them running out of food, which was surprising since the other nearby restaurants still had plenty available. I arrived 25 minutes before closing and waited at the counter for 2 minutes before having to call the server's attention (who clearly saw me waiting). He seemed more focused on leaving quickly rather than serving customers and making money. Therefore, I have to rate the service at zero stars.

All the sauces are incredible, and the portions are quite generous. Vegetarians will find plenty of options, but it can be a bit challenging for vegans to avoid dairy. Just inform the staff, and they happily prepared the corn without butter for us—thank you! Food: 5/5

Maybe it was a bad day, but $5 tacos are tiny and just mediocre at best. Chicken meat was dry and tough with little flavor. Guacamole was ok. Way overpriced for the portions and quality of food.Food: 1/5

I lived in Venezuela for 6 years. I wanted to try Arepa TX when I found out about the place. I ordered the Picana (sp) Arepa. I wasn’t impressed at all. The meat was so full of fat that it wasn’t edible and the flavor wasn’t very good. Threw half of it away and could barely eat the other half. I also got tequenos and fried yuca. The tequenos were good and the fried yuca was the best part of my $35 order. I hate to say it but I won’t return.

**A Culinary Exploration at Arepa: A Hidden Gem in Harvest Hall** Arepa, nestled within Harvest Hall, presents a vibrant selection of Venezuelan-inspired dishes, particularly its famed arepas. While opinions vary, many patrons rave about the generous portions and delightful options, including gluten-free alternatives. The ambiance is inviting, with a friendly staff eager to assist. Highlights include the brisket arepa and well-prepared yucca and plantains, which have garnered praise for their taste and authenticity. Despite some mixed experiences regarding vegetarian options and staff knowledge, Arepa stands out as a promising destination for a casual meal or late-night snack. Overall, it's a worthy stop for any food lover exploring the area.

This location has limited vegan options. The yuca was perfectly crispy and made fresh to order, and the chimichurri was quite vibrant. Just a heads up, this restaurant is situated inside a food court, so the atmosphere is very casual, and it might be a bit tricky to locate if you're relying solely on Google Maps for directions.

Absolutely delicious! The fried fish taco was my favorite dish. I also really enjoyed the chimichurri sauce!

I'm thrilled that there's a genuine arepa spot in the DFW area! The vegetarian arepa is incredibly delicious. I highly recommend that everyone give arepas a try. Don’t forget to ask for a side of chimichurri to add to each bite—it's seriously addictive!

Nice new place to dine in. The grilled sandwiches in Arepa is definitely a good choice. They also had a good choice of soda.

Listen homies, this place is inside the Hotel Vin. They have a food court with a bunch of little restaurants. So if you follow google directions you may spend a few minutes trying to figure out where this place is ????. Great lunch or casual/informal dinner. The food it?s all good here and prices are reasonable. I got Grill chicken arepa, Baja taco and carne mechada taco. All very tasty. Definitely will eat here again? seems like a great place to come if you are drunk or want a filling snack? specially if you are staying at the hotel. ??

Never tried an arepa before so I don't know what to compare it to. I ordered the brisket arepa and it was yummy although I didn't finish the whole arepa (it was very filling). I loved the fresh avocado and tiny bits of plantain chips that came withit. Food wasn't too special; I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but if you're in the area, it doesn't hurt to try thisplace out. Lady who served me was friendly too!

Delicious. Been here twice, I didn?t like the pulled pork bbq with arepa (I gradients were still very fresh, just personally didn?t like the combination) and got the chicken salad arepa the next time. So good. Chicken salad in general can be hit or missbut theirs is solid. I just wish this was closer to my house so I could go more often!

The Best Fusion Gourmet Arepas, located inside Harvest Hall. Arepas, Venezuelan speaking, means fried, grilled, or oven cooked. Some people like them soft, others crunchy. Cut in half to be filled of any kind of protein, vegetable, or sauce Theses areFusion, when more than two Hispanic Countries most common and known typical platters are cooked to fulfill your Gourmet taste.

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—the food. The menu offers a fantastic variety of options, with plenty of gluten-free choices clearly marked. I’m a huge fan of yucca and plantains, and I have to say these are some of the best I’ve ever had. The Arepa bread is flawless and absolutely delicious. The prices are very reasonable, too. For my wife, our son, and myself, we ordered three entrees, two sides each, and drinks, and the total came to just $45. You really can’t beat that! Even if you don’t need gluten-free options, I highly recommend checking this place out. We definitely plan to come back often!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Arepa Tx in Harvest Hall, Grapevine, TX, and was genuinely impressed by their diverse menu, especially considering their focus on Latin cuisine. I tried the fully loaded nachos, which were delicious and served in a generous portion—almost too much to finish in one sitting. I also sampled the pulled beef arepa; although it was a bit thinner and less filled than I expected, the texture was soft and the flavor excellent. Fortunately, the beef was tender and not tough or chewy. Overall, it was a delightful experience!
