Skybox Sports - Grantville

The casino floor was sensory overload but nicely decorated. We ate at the sport bar area. The drinks were decent. The food was not that good. It would be better if it was hot instead of barely warm. But I'm assuming they have to bring it from pretty far away since they use carts. Also our waitress disappeared for a bit, so the service was pretty slow.

The service was incredibly lacking. We waited 20 minutes for a table and almost an hour for our food. They definitely need to hire more staff!

Service is always slow and usually poor. Tbe food is okay but not great. The only good thing is the beer/alcohol but that's hard to mess up. Plus with slow service, sometimes it is hard to get a drink. They do have specials throughout the week but none are amazing. Mediocre is a good way to describe this bar

It was our first time eating here. We come to Hollywood Casino a lot. One of our fav bands was playing so we decided to grab something to eat before the band started. We had a group of 4 and waited 20 mins for a table. It was a Saturday night and the restaurant was full. The casino was busy. Our booth was nice, private, clean, our own small TV for the sports. (That is where my one star comes in). We waited a good 10-15 min for someone to even come to our table and take our drink order. Another long wait for our drinks to arrive. We ordered and waited almost an hour for our food which consisted of crab fries(cold), onion rings(nothing special, they looked and tasted like greasy fast food), two different burgers with fries(cold), fish tacos, crispy shrimp and coleslaw(so runny). We were not checked on throughout our meal. We finished and we're waiting for the checks and our waitress was no where to be found. My friend had to get up and go find another waitress to tell her to ask our waitress for our checks. We got our checks and our waitress turned and walked away instead of just waiting for us to put our payments in and take them back with her. My friend had to get up again to go find our waitress so we could pay and LEAVE. Service absolutely sucked. The food was just okay, nothing impressive for the prices. For a restaurant inside a casino on a very busy Saturday night you would think they would have more staff working. We will not be returning or recommending.

It was ok. Not amazing. The housemade chips were sub-par. Not really worth the price. The chili was ok. Again, nothing to write home about. At least it's a quick bite.
