Service was slow today. Also burned my hamburger patty!

There is a stale smell in the building, like stale bread, otherwise it was fine atmosphere wise. Service was good. Food is decent. But they add shredded lettuce to the burger and it made the burger soggy and fall apart if you do not east fast enough.
Milkshake s are Great. Stayed frozen while eating all the way thru. Even in 104 temp.
I’ve been here multiple times to get shakes, once a while back when they gave me frozen slushy milk as ice cream and I let it slide but I stopped in today and ordered a shake and half a mile down the street I took a scoop and pulled I big piece of hair out. I do not think this place takes any care to how clean they are
