What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I know it's fast to eat and they get what they've paid, but I don't understand how someone is so lazy that Nacho-Fries and tacos are pushed into the pocket. everything goes. I'm not confused. but I was one of two cars, so it wasn't busy. this photo is after I pulled out 3 more Nacho-Fries and put them back together. then just frustrated. View all feedback.

I called the last and was told by the manager that they were a bit crashed and that they put a sign on the door in moments. then I told the manager that I was very happy to hear that because there was an older couple going to go the door and not board and I felt bad for them. the manager was very understanding and even gave me a voucher for two free tacos where I informed them, I wanted to try to give them to the older couple when they are still there. then she gave me two more for me. what a difference in customer service compared to the 6th street taco bell is my new place. great service! erin c. is the best!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Out of all the open tables, only three were clean. There was taco sauce spilled on the floor, and the Mountain Dew and Pepsi tasted off. One of the soda machines was out of ice, and I had to enter a PIN code just to use the bathroom. The food arrived quickly, but overall, it was quite upsetting.
The staff was very friendly, and the service was quite quick. However, the Chalupas definitely need more meat. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
I had a frustrating experience at Taco Bell. They mixed up two orders ahead of mine, which made me wait for 20 minutes. When my food finally arrived, it was incorrect as well, but it looked similar to what I had actually ordered, so I didn't realize the mistake until I got home. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat what they gave me because it was inedible, and I couldn't go back to resolve the issue. I've wasted my last $12 until payday, and now I'm concerned I won’t have enough food to get by. I might actually go without food for a day or two because of this mix-up. Thanks, Taco Bell.
