Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I always have a great experience with Red Robin. They are very nice and efficient. Shawn, the manager, checked with every guest to make sure you are happy. I'm going there with my husband who left, and now I feel enough to go in and eat myself. Eating is always at the point.

Edit: the owner called to follow up on our experience. He was very kind and apologetic. I really appreciate the extra effort to makeup for it and that it wasn't some typical generated email. We will definitely be back and look forward to a better time. I'm updating the stars because of how personal he was. Thanks again! Horrible service. We spent most of the time trying to get our servers attention so we could get forgotten food and our check. We couldn't find our waitress once it was time to pay so we tried to go up front. Told we couldn't pay there, tried to pay at the bar, told nope. They took our check to a manager so she could cash us out. She processed it AT THE BAR where we were told we couldn't do it at. The only reason they get 3 stars is because my kids like the chicken strips they got. There needs to be better training or more waitresses to customers ratio.

This restaurant has always been horribly loud, with architecture that amplifies noisy happy kids. We hesitate to eat indoors but our cold rainy mothers day made that impossible. We chose a booth in the bar and while eating the truly delicious burgers, and a tower of onions, we could actually hear each other talk

I LOVE the Southern Charm burger? when they actually make it right. Unfortunately that very rarely happens. (Out of the last like 10 15 times I?ve ordered it over the last year or two, I got exactly what I ordered like twice? . All I ask is no Mayo no onions? That?s it. But again, I ordered some food to go tonight. The order was delivered and wasn?t right. The delivery service gave me a refund. Went down to the store and ordered another? still not right. So they made a 3rd? got back to the house, nope not what I ordered again.

The photo is how the Garlic Parmesan Broccoli arrived. There was no seasoning, or cheese, simple plain, over steamed broccoli. It was deeply disappointing to have paid nearly $2.50 for 4 pieces of broccoli. This store typically provides good service and food. not tonight.
