I really appreciate the extra effort to makeup for it and that it wasn't some typical generated email. We will definitely be back and look forward to a better time. I'm updating the stars because of how personal he was. Thanks again! Horrible service. We spent most of the time trying to get our servers attention so we could get forgotten food and our check. We couldn't find our waitress once it was time to pay so we tried to go up front. Told we couldn't pay there, tried to pay at the bar, told nope. They took our check to a manager so she could cash us out. She processed it AT THE BAR where we were told we couldn't do it at. The only reason they get 3 stars is because my kids like the chicken strips they got. There needs to be better training or more waitresses to customers ratio.

(Out of the last like 10 15 times I?ve ordered it over the last year or two, I got exactly what I ordered like twice? . All I ask is no Mayo no onions? That?s it. But again, I ordered some food to go tonight. The order was delivered and wasn?t right. The delivery service gave me a refund. Went down to the store and ordered another? still not right. So they made a 3rd? got back to the house, nope not what I ordered again.

My burger was undercooked, even though I had requested it well done, so I couldn't finish it. Overall, the food was disappointing, but the service and atmosphere were acceptable.
