Black Bear Diner Grants Pass

Won't take my calls, won't let me place my order online or in any way ahead of time so I'm not waiting over an hour for breakfast when I'm starving and need food for breakfast because I have a blood condition. Worst service I've ever had to the point it's putting my life at risk

Really good food, our server was very nice and friendly too! The juice was freshly squeezed and tasty too. May your business prosper and continue on for many years!

Fun little diner that is warm and welcoming, especially with Rodney taking care of us! He’s a gem of a human and made our morning considering we had little sleep from our stay next door. Thanks for being a sweetheart Rodney!

Horrible service, the server was really rude we waited over in hr for our food. I’m diabetic and need to eat. And there was rude comments heard from the server. Never will I go bk we end leaving.

Worst experience in a restaurant. No service at all, wait staff just walked buy us. I'd give no stars if I could.
