I had a tasty and very reasonably priced burger with fries. They have poker machines, a horseshoe bar, and booths. The overall feel leans toward a Bar that also has a Grill. I look forward to trying more from the menu. Kid-friendliness: It may be allowed, but it doesn't seem like a place you would bring a child. View all feedback.
What Michael Wetmore doesn't like about Beacon Grill:
They give you a big hamburger and even though I asked that it not be well done it was. So I had to ask for some thousand island dressing to put on my hamburger because it was dry. View all feedback.
We love this place for a quick after work meal and a beer. Great food and amazing staff!
Well it's now Julie's Uptown Bar and grill, and thank God because the beacon was gross, and wierd. Julie's had the best burgers in town. Hands down.
There is mostly a local crowd here, but everyone is friendly. The drinks are very fairly priced. The food is very good (much better than you would expect given that it seems to be primarily a bar).
Just had the most amazing breakfast here! Portions were generous and service was fast. Can see this is where locals flock to and speaks volumes. Highly recommended!!!
