If I could give this six stars, I would. This is, hands down, the BEST Chili's I've ever been to. The food was reminiscent of a much more expensive restaurant. Now I'm bummed that I live so far away and probably won't be able to come here again. The burgerI had was so delicious, it didn't need anything on the patty. The patty alone was incredible. I tried my wife's burger, thinkingit was just the kind I had, but hers... View all feedback.
What Deidre Birdsong doesn't like about Chili's Grill:

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. This is by far the worst Chili's I have ever attended. I went twice thinking the first time was just an issue of their oven being out. Everything we tried to order could not be prepared due to the oven beingout, so we left. The second and my last time ever to go to this Chili's, the service was super slow. My wife and I ordered thebottomless soup and salad. When it came time for our soup to be delivered, the waitress tried to get us to take a different soupthan we ordered. We stated that was not what we ordered and did not want that. She then explained they were out of our soup anddidn't have any left. I refused to pay for the meal and as we were getting ready to leave the manager informed us that they didhave our soup, but it would take 30 minutes to thaw. We said no, we would not wait 30 more minutes. She then said she could haveit to us in 5 minutes because it had already been thawing. We decided to wait since we'd only eaten a salad for dinner. I canunderstand why this Chili's only had a few people in it each time we went to dinner. I will never return. I am very disappointedin the Choctaw Nation's Chili's; their other restaurants and locations have been way better.
If I could give this place six stars, I absolutely would. This is, without a doubt, the BEST Chili's I've ever visited. The food tasted like it came from a much more upscale restaurant. Now I'm disappointed that I live so far away and likely won't be able to return. The burger I had was so delicious that it didn't need anything on the patty; it was incredible just by itself. I even tried my wife's burger, believing it would be similar to mine, but hers was amazing too!
I attended the Taloa Festival where Gary Allan and five other performers were featured, and it was fantastic. My room, 1121, had access to the pool.
The food was decent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the smoker has been broken for months, and they were out of ribs during my visit. It seems they often run low on traditional menu items that are typically available at other locations. This is definitely something they need to address before they can earn a four or five-star review from me.
