The novelty of the restaurant is very nice. There were plenty of things to bring on a conversation. Like antique safes and antique post office boxes. The server was so on point with her job I was impressed. The prices were reasonable. Their macaroni and cheese is to die for, also the barbecue baked beans. My only critique would be that the half smoked chicken was slightly dry. I would definitely visit this restaurant... View all feedback.
What Wendy Perrero doesn't like about The Barn At Grant Station Restaurant:
First time here. Water tastes like sewage. So I switched to coke. It had the same nasty taste/aftertaste. I went without a drink and had that taken off my bill. I think they need to clean their soda machine nozzles!!! I ate without a drink. Better than drinking that stuff! Then, Our waitress told us we could go upstairs and take a look around. I think they need to clean their soda machine nozzles!!! I ate without a drink. Better than drinking that stuff! Then, Our waitress told us we could go upstairs and take a look around. It was awesome Rustic feel with lots of old antiques. When we came back to our table, our stuff was removed. Started over. Pulled pork was great! Turkey, not my favorite. Green beans, very tasty..garlicy. Not the friendliest waitress.
Great BBQ, friendly staff. The restaurant is rustic with an old time charm. Loved it!
I love the atmosphere. The old-time decorations and displays are need to see. But I have to brag on their barbecue it was incredible! I had the baby back ribs and they were great! I just wish I'd remembered to get some photos them.
Was originally in contact with Cassie as my fiancé and I were interested in planning our wedding here. She was not helpful and inattentive during the tour of the location. Additionally, when we asked for a tasting she stated we would have to pay for each individual item that we would like to try. That would be 100s of dollars when every other location does FREE tastings for weddings. After all, if you 're about to spend 8k+ on a wedding a free tasting is the least you can do. Well, now will plan our wedding elsewhere. P.S the comment to my review is inaccurate because 1. She would not give us a tasting price 2. She was not responsive or attentive throughout our entire communication with her.
The best ribs ever. Later had home made ice cream. Fast service.
