The staff is help... read more We will never forget our stay in this magnificent place! The location is quite good, between Mount Etna, Isola Bella, and the Alcantara Gorge. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful. The dinner menu offers healthy and varied dishes. There is also a swimming pool and a reading area. While the Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, it is available in the breakfast and dinner areas. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience. I highly recommend it.

As a German, you'll need plenty of time at the restaurant. From appetizer to main course, it takes 1.5 hours. They said that's normal in Sicily.

We were welcomed into a beautiful location, with an idyllic, calm, and relaxing setting. The gardens are extremely well-maintained, and the pool is large and very pleasant. In terms of amenities, the rooms are perfect, very comfortable, and above all, very clean. Breakfast is complete, and you can enjoy lunch or dinner à la carte. Local products are served, cooked on-site. A real delight. In addition, the bar is open all day, so you can enjoy the sunshine with cocktails. We had a wonderful stay.
