Carl's Bakery - Granite Falls

The best 1lb Sauerteigbrot rounds. I called two to pick up. Only in case they run out. We called Blueberry Bagels once. They were huge.

We love Carls Bakery! Best donuts and cookies! You have an amazing variety! Great place to stop when you visit the city and it is a local favorite!

We got a bacon egg cheese croissant and it was the BEST breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had!! The hot chocolate was very delicious as well. If I lived here, I would come everyday. Really nice staff too. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stop in and have a quick breakfast before the day begins! Not just a donut/bakery shop, they have breakfast sandwiches and lunch items too. Just so you know, they only take cash and are closed on Mondays…. Well that review from me was 3 years ago and now it needs a little update. Shannon, the reviewer below is my sister who yes, is from out of town but she purchased the pie for my Mother and my family, who are prominent members of the Granite Falls community. I am the one who called to see how late you were open because I was running behind, very busy day for EVERYONE! I was told that there was NO pie waiting for me and Shannon had never put in an order for me to pick up, I spoke with two different employees there! So I call my sister to make sure and she said her card was charged and her hard earn money was taken, she called the bakery and was told what her review says. All I got was excuses when I went to pick up a frozen pie that was the wrong flavor because you sold the pie to someone else that was already purchased! PS I get coffee and donuts from you several times a week, for myself, for clients, for my family, for organizations in the community that I am a member of, ALL PEOPLE SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME, from out of town or not. Just take responsibility, APOLOGIZE, and move on!

Went to Carl's for the 1st time, LOVED all the treats we got. They have the BEST donuts. We will be stopping by often now. The staff is friendly.
