Have reached out to them about a case of campyobacteria. Manager responded and said someone would get back to us. Even told them that the health department reached out to us after 2 trips to the ER and the owner has yet to respond. Contacting a attorney today.

The sides taste like absolutely nothing. it's like eating fake food from the movie the Varium.

Went there at 9:00Pm and they said they had no more chicken for the night... Mind you they don't close till 10 and they are literally a chicken place smh.

First I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Didn’t get my food and thankfully I checked it before pulling off because the drive thru was such a mess. The poor shift manager was trying while Ricky and the other employees sat around running their mouths. Then I had to come in and get my food and they were still being rude. Ricky continued to stand there and cuss at me and run her mouth. I never said a cuss word or negative thing to anyone. Just that I was confused why I didn’t get my food. Apparently they were supposed to tell me to move up but failed to do so. And the little girl in the red shirt was making things worse. Ricky continued to stand in the back staring and saying inappropriate things even though the manager told her to go to the back over and over. She had no respect for him. And he was trying to get people pushed through the drive thru while she sat there talking to the girl with glasses who was talking about her hair. Nobody was helping him except the sweet girl in the window. She seemed new.

The food and service have always been good and consistent at the Granite Falls NC location.
