Order for #2 soft tacos, 4 hard tacos, 1 Dorito taco and 2 and 2 drinks. When I received the order, I asked if everything was in the bag, he was told, but the bag did not look full enough. I wanted to drill the bag to be sure I had everything, I was asked to go on when I stopped the line. So pulled away and checked and the dorito taco was not included. What Amanda Tia Lorelei doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Customer service was terrible, messed up several items from our order and we ended up having to wait 15+ minutes for them to fix the issue even though the place wasn't busy and the items should have been quick to replace so the few items that weren't messedup were cold by time the messed up items were fixed. Here now and employees are here and won?t answer the drive through or window. Call me A Karen but are they getting paid to not take my order ????????????
We went there tonight to get food. My boyfriend got a Chipotle Chicken burrito of some sort and instantly after eating it developed what we now know is food poisoning. He said it tasted old and cold. The food inside of it was wilted and he had fullynoticed it halfway through eating it. The girl was also very rude at the window. When we got to the window she gave a quickspeech about what type of payment they accepted but she said it so fast I couldn?t understand her. So I tried to reiterate whatshe had said and asked ?did you say you are only accepting card or cash right now?? And she said ?EXACT CHANGE or card.? Yellingit at me like I was wrong for asking. Then once we get up to the window all she did was look at me. Not giving me a total oranything. So I just gave her my card and once we got home with our food, everything was cold even after we live 5 min away.Typically I go back to places but she had already made it clear they no longer want our business anymore. I will not be goingback to this location because this is not the first situation we have dealt with a t this location.

Went through the drive thru tonight and was charged wrong for multiple things , girl at window was very rude to my mom about it , was told to pull to the end of the drive thru to fix it so just went in for a refund and was told they won?t refund us if ourorder was ?over 10.00? . Manager was nice though . Got home and we were still missing 3 items . And any items we received werepoorly made and ripped off. They constantly forget items on DoorDash as well. Waste of 40 bucks .
