Domino's Pizza - Granite City

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, but there was hardly any cheese on it.

This Domino's location has some of the most unprofessional and disrespectful managers I have ever encountered. On November 15, 2022, around 8:30 to 9:00 PM, a 25-year-old manager named James sent threatening messages to my 17-year-old son, telling him to come to the store so they could fight. This dispute stemmed from an issue between my son and his 15-year-old cousin that occurred two months prior. It's shocking that such individuals are in managerial positions and overseeing operations at their stores—this is not only unprofessional, but it also reflects poorly on the business. Just imagine trying to place an order for your family while the manager is outside in the parking lot fighting with underage teens! It's simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they refused to provide me with the number to reach corporate and file a formal complaint.

The pizza I ordered looked amazing and tasted just as good i can tell the girl that made it took pride in her job and the staff was very friendly!!! I give it 5 stars for sure thank you!!!

My only complaint at this point is that when you spend over $20, instead of earning 20 points as you should, they only credit you for spending $10! So if you thought you could accumulate some decent points, think again—it's unfair and you'll need to spend a fortune just to earn a small reward!

It?s always something with this location. But last time we tried to call and report it we sat on hold. Got ahold at someone at the Maryville rd location quicker. They didn?t seem shocked. Tonight, I was given this. It was supposed to be one of theirsignature pizzas with ranch, chicken, bacon, and tomatoes. However, it?s more of a ranch soup in a pizza bread bowl. Already gotmy free pizza from their ?insurance? but something needs to change at this location.
