This place always makes the food like the photo. They are mostly empty with majority lettuce and not worth my gas to drive all the way back just to get my food made again and hoping the correct way. This restaurant consistently prepares food that looks just like the pictures. Unfortunately, the portions are mostly just lettuce, and it's not worth my time or gas to drive all the way back to get a proper meal. It's a shame because their steak chalupas are quite pricey, and this just isn't acceptable. On a positive note, the staff are friendly, the drive-thru service is fast, and my order was correct; they just really need to improve the portion sizes.
I’d like to understand why the manager decides to close the restaurant to in-person dining and only allows mobile orders. This is the third time this has happened! I was coming home from the mall late and ended up waiting in the drive-thru behind a line of cars just to get a simple quesadilla and drink for my 6-year-old. We waited an unnecessarily long time, and it’s incredibly frustrating. The restaurant is clearly mismanaged. If you can’t handle serving both walk-in customers and mobile orders, then perhaps you shouldn’t be in charge of running a restaurant.
I have never been more appalled by the condition of a fast food restaurant's bathroom in my life. Both restrooms were in a terrible state, with feces all over the seats. In one of the bathrooms, the sink was clogged with toilet paper and overflowing. It was a truly unpleasant experience. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe someone had just left it in that condition and it wasn’t usually like that. However, when I returned the following week, it was just as bad as before. Absolutely disgusting.
Yeah this location is one of the worst. The workers were openly cussing at each other in jest. Zero professionalism even for teenagers. The TB on Sunset in Rocklin is full of teens too but they always are professional. Two completely different ranrestaurants.
