Sausage ice cheese Kreuziant very good except the piece egg they use in it. not sure if it was real egg. Egg very dry and tasteless. they need to use a simple ole regular egg. Food: 4/5 View all feedback.
What Adrian Kris doesn't like about La Bou Bakery & Cafe:
Worst breakfast sandwich and coffee I've ever had, ended up throwing both away. $9 for a bagel, microwaved egg and strip of ham? Bagel was stale at a bakery? $6 latte that tasted burnt and was undrinkable. How is this place in business?Should have known when I pulled up through the drive thru to a 1980s order menu and horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Food was okay, the lady working there named Rabecca was rude. Probably won't be coming back.
Sausage egg cheese crossiant very good except for the chunk of egg thing they use in it. not sure if it was real egg. egg very dry and tasteless. they need to use a plain ole regular egg.
I used to love La Bou. I was pretty disappointed this last visit. My croissant wasn't flakey and seemed a bit stale. Mango tea is always great! The atmosphere inside needs updating. Hopefully it was just a bad day...I have always enjoyed their sandwiches salads and breakfast pastries.
My wife has always liked this place and I never understood why. We hadn't gotten it in a while and I thought she would like it so I got it for her. Even she didn't like it this time. Sandwich was subpar and the chocolate chip cookies were smaller than they used to be, over cooked, and tasted like they came out of a box. The cookies used to be their shining star.
Had the chicken, Avocado Panini and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of bread I was served at 2pm … it was quite tasty, I would go again!
