Maybe a bad cut or under seasoned?

Our crew enjoyed the mesquite shrimp appetizer, king Neptune steak dinner, “Flintstone” ribs, hamburger plus cocktails and desserts. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. Don’t skip dessert even if you’re too full. Take it home, it’s delicious the next day. Will, our server, was super attentive, polite and friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the menu and patient with the indecisive members of our crew:

They never dissappoint. We had a wonderful waitress. Had a really good appetizer called Bu Bu ll....sooo good. Great food! They have fantastic homemade desserts! Their cheesecake is out of this world! We will be back.

For our main courses, we had crab cake, prime rib, coconut shrimp, and a prime rib salad, and everything was outstanding. Roger, our server, provided excellent service throughout the meal. However, the chairs were quite uncomfortable; they were too hard for sitting for an extended time. I also recommend rethinking the dessert tray presentation; it felt rather outdated and unappealing. Instead, it would be better to showcase actual dessert photos on a menu. Despite these minor issues, we will definitely be coming back!
