This was probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They use the Starbucks name but do not accept their gift cards. I only gave it 1 star because I had to.

I placed the order 15 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, the drink... read more I recently ordered coffee through the app for a quick pick up on my way to work. I placed the order 15 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, the drink hadn't been started. The restaurant was nearly empty, with the employees chatting amongst themselves. They didn't greet me or ask for my order, they simply noticed me, made the drink, placed it on the counter, then went back to their conversation. They also didn't have name tags.
