This is the worst fast food facility I have ever come across. It frequently closes at odd hours and the food is always cold. I even witnessed employees getting into an argument while I was at the drive-thru. I understand that there may be staffing issues, but that is no excuse for such poor service. Despite living nearby and giving them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, we will not be returning. View all feedback.

when they came in, they could spray the fat (changed in need). the personal was polite, but (notified things could worry because some are standing around). the bathroom had to take care of. I worked the restaurant life. So I know there are things that never end. View all feedback.

Excellent food and amazing staff, the environment is awesome and the entire experience is pretty great!Only bad part of this is that the drive through sometimes mixes orders up but it's not hard to communicate and help eachother get it right. They were extremely helpful and we did get the entire order correct in the end!

They seemed short staffed and was trying but the the fries were cold and gross like sitting out not even under a warmer. The nuggets were cold. But the lemonade and jr bacon was good. I look forward toe fries but didn't even eat these. I would have gone to get new ones and nuggets. But I don't need to make their job any harder.
My boyfriend and I tried to order 3 double stacks; 1 plain and 2 with bacon, and a large fry. Cashier was extremely confused by this, and we ended up changing our order to 1 baconator and 1 plain double stack and the large fry. A manager had to come change our order and my boyfriend had to tell the manager FOUR TIMES that we wanted ONE baconator. She continually rung us up and tried to charge us for two baconators. When we got to the window to pick up our order we were handed the wrong thing, then we were told they lost our order and had to figure out what to do. The food they handed us was still incorrect; the double stack was not plain and they gave us a small fry. We were so fed up after a 20-minute wait that we said screw it and left. We won’t be back.
