Been there 4 times since moved back to area twice out of chocolate ice cream (what? AND got crazy and ordered a smoothie tonight and unfortunately unable to make smoothies tonight ? No reason given. The counter ladies could be a bit more friendly and interactive, even smile would help. Yikes! 3 out of 4 times couldn 't deliver their products? Choices exist. Be better...

Superb ice cream. Cold Stone is a mirror image of Marble Slab if you have been there. You pick their house made ice creams and then the mixins (cookies, candy, etc) and they hand mix it together on a frozen stone slab. Ice cream is legit quality! FAVORITES Cheesecake is my all time favorite Ice Cream. I like to mix in graham cracker and sometimes cookie dough. It 's very creamy with a buttery backdrop. Cookie Butter was there seasonal flavor today and was even better than Cheesecake. Unfortunately it is not standard and will disappear in a month or two. How can one not like a buttery cookie dough??? They should make it standard. TIPS Love It size is beat buy. It 's virtually same price as the smaller Like It . The Gotta Have It is a lot of Ice Cream...not saying you can have too much ice cream, but it is a lot. COMMENTS Very little seating. Be prepare to stand or else take your ice cream to go They well ice cream cakes too...a great option for ice cream lovers birthdays (like myself)

Ordered a cake for my sons birthday.... They were 2 hours late delivering it to begin with... when they did it was the wrong. Then, they couldn't find anyone to bring me mine, and asked if I could leave my sons party to go get it and then brought it after his bedtime when he was asleep. Not only that but didn't offer any reimbursement for the cake! The most startling part is they picked up the wrong cake and took it back to the store... we weren't planning on eating it, but does that mean they are going to send it to someone else?!? I could have done anything to this cake!!!! That is just horrifying and it makes me wonder where my cake has been. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE! UPDATE AND RESPONSE TO OWNER: Not sure why it's my responsibility to contact you again! I already spoke to store twice. You should have my order and remedy this. Copying reviews and emailing general managers (whom you didn't even name here, so now I have to investigate, and waste more of my time to figure out who this secrets manager is) this is NOT THE CUSTOMERS JOB, I DONT WORK FOR YOU, AND YOU SHOULD NOT BE GIVING ME TASKS TO MAKE THIS CORRECT! Especially when this has been handled so poorly from the get. You guys messed up, do your job and make it right! My name on the review is the same as was on the order, your associate should have made note of this situation already.

I am just delighted to say that they have the flavor Pistachio back for the summer. I got the 2 scoops pistachio and chocolate with mixins brownies. so good. I was having a really bad day, and coming here I got my favorite flavors!

I used to be a fan of this place but after the cake I received for my birthday today, I 'm incredibly disappointed and pretty bummed out. I normally do not throw such a stink but this really took the cake (harhar). The cake was missing the sprinkles we ordered to be on it, so that was quickly added, the design was incredibly sloppy (for a $30 cake, come on), the cake apparently fell (icing on the lid) and they fixed it. It looks terrible and I 'm afraid of how it tastes but since it 's my birthday today, it 's too late to get something else. Was offered a very small refund and told I 'd have to bring the and back to get a FULL refund what if it fell on the floor and I had already paid? I 'd been given a refund right? My cake fell and they did a terrible job fixing it, that 's refundable in my eyes cake in hand or not. Don 't count on this location if you want a nice looking cake for an outrageous price tag. Edited to add: general manager offered a very fair apology for the situation and to make it right, maybe things will improve at this location.
