Service sucks , we had to beg for our drinks because multi color lady was too busy listening to her music and the as way with cashier, he acted if we were bothering him with our order. Hubby and I ate there about 5 days back! Thought our Philly would be dry so ordered extra Mayo?? No it wasn’t!! Moist, good seasoning!! Ordered medium (9.99 one and plenty for one person!! Hubby also got fries and they were fried to perfection!! So enjoyed meal and more than expected in flavor!! Service was excellent and owner or Manager(? was very kind as were the employees!!

I work at rivertown and i always eat the mall so i always go to charleys because i never have to repeat my order. They are amazing and the cashier and cook always remember what i order even when i do a online order. Love them
