Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

We wanted some pizza/breadsticks that wasn’t ordered online and the employee said that they can’t make them cause they are too busy. Isn’t it there job to make pizzas and everything else

It is extremely clean. The staff members are always pleasant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Papa Murphy's!

I ordered a pizza and two salads shortly after the restaurant opened. I received a call stating that they did not have the ingredients for the salads, but would be getting a shipment soon. Two hours later, I called to inquire about the status of my order and was informed that they still did not have the necessary ingredients. At that point, I decided to cancel my entire order. It was unclear whether the issue was with management or their suppliers. It would have been helpful if a notice had been posted on their website.

The female employee appeared unhappy as she haphazardly tossed the pizza dough without measuring anything. She was rude when giving me my poorly wrapped pizza, with toppings falling off. The takeout service for dinner cost $30-50 per person, and the overall service rating is a 1.

I visited the Grandview location around 7 on Friday evening. There was only one young woman working at the counter. The restaurant was empty, both inside and in the drive-through. Despite our presence, the young woman did not acknowledge us and continued to work on a pizza without looking up. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I finally asked if someone could assist us. She mumbled a reply without making eye contact. Shortly after, a young man brought out some pizza trays and then disappeared into the back room. After being ignored for another 2 minutes, we decided to leave. The customer service was terrible and we do not plan on returning.
