Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Nice clean atmosphere. I like that you can see your food being made.I had walked in with no idea what to order! The woman working was very kind. She took her time to help me create a fabulous order for my family. I think she was a higher up. There were 2 guys working with her on this shift. I overheard her giving instructions to 1 of the guys in the back. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood, like they enjoyed working here.Parking: It is a small parking lot. If I could change 1 thing it would be to create a larger parking space.

Very poor service, we waited for a long while for 1 pizza to be made. There was a gentleman at the window for a long time. There was no hustle to the employees with people at the window and in store all waiting on their pizzas.

I’ve gone to this Papa Murphys a total of maybe four times since moving to Grandview and have always been kept waiting in the drive thru. There isn’t any customers inside or behind me. I get there are online orders or call ins but the customer service is awful. I’m pregnant so prefer to go through the drive thru but get left waiting for minutes! It’d be nice if they are busy just to be greeted and letting customers know they will be right back to help them. Will this be solved probably not because food industries apologize for this experience and it ends there. Thanks.

Ordered for 4:30. Showed up at 5:00 pm and still not ready. Didn’t get it until after 5:15. Talked to manager, he didn’t say sorry or anything, could of cared less.
