I went to get a burger and saw online that they are open for dine-in and drive-up until 9:30 pm on Sunday. However, all the doors were locked at 5:40 pm with no signs indicating why. This is very disappointing for business! I rated the service a 5 and the atmosphere a 3. View all feedback.
The lobby is closed. how about I put a big sign out so I don't have to go to a locked door. 93de f outside. minus 1 star. waits for a long time.
The peanut buster parfait was disappointing as it did not contain any nuts, and the strawberry cheesecake lacked any actual cheesecake flavor.
The experience was average. It wasn't great, but it also wasn't terrible. I ordered the chicken strips and they were served in a thick and heavy sauce.
After seeing the appetizing chicken basket commercial on TV, we decided to visit Grandview and try it out. Unfortunately, the reality did not meet our expectations. We received six cold pieces of chicken and fries, with no ranch dressing as promised in the advertisement. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience.
Their blizzards are always amazing. Went thru the drive thru and it was relatively quick. Since covid their drive thru has be so much faster than it used to be.
