Environment is perfect. Quiet, just light radio, background conversations. Two areas to sit, Booths on one side, tables on the other, and bar seating as well. Rustic feel with lots of knotty pine on walls and ceilings. Special today is chicken w/ rice veggies soup and grilled cheese sandwich. Just of I84 and easy parking. Local favorite. What Theresa Hancock doesn't like about 10-4 Cafe:
This is not the place for service or food. Ordered a breakfast steak Medium rare. Came to the table well done. Server never checked back. After I ate my eggs and hash browns (eggs over medium came broken) toast (2;pieces of toast weren't toasted) and I mean I was done ....the owner asked me if I wanted a new steak!!!! 20 minutes that they didn't ask and was only a couple of customers there. Stiil the local diner my favorite. Now it's under new owner. Very clean some new upgrades. A little bit more upgrades is need but still a great place to eat.

It's a small town local cafe. Large portions friendly staff. If you're in a hurry then it's not your place. Good food!

We tried Bon vinos the day before this place and 10-4 Cafe was way better! The service, cleanliness, turnaround, prices and food were all amazing. $10 for a breakfast burrito that was still hot AND huge? Yes please! Definitely recommend this place and if I ever visit again this is a go to.
