First try in a Japanese restaurant on Canadian soil and frankly not disappointed! The taste is there and the inventiveness of Japanese cuisine is very pleasant. Fast service and in French (which is highly appreciated for Francophones)I recommend! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sapporo Ichibang:
Went with my family for dinner. Nice setup. We ordered sushi and Bibim Bab . Service was good. It was a busy evening. When we got the Bibim Bab it was in a cold ceramic bowl. I was shocked. To my surprise even the rice was cold and there was no spinach. If they cannot serve Bibim Bap in a stone bowl they should not have it in the menu. View all feedback.
Came here on a weekday after 6; we sat and served immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and understandable when we didn't know if the miso soup included noodles or a dumpling. The food was delicious compared to other Sushi restaurants in Sudbury, and affordable. $40 total for our order! A very quiet and quiet environment. Amazing restaurant, will come back!

The best sushi place I have been too. Sudbury #1 place to go for sushi. I don’t mind paying the extra because it’s fresh, and tastes so much better then the rushed AYCE. Will be coming here for all my sushi cravings from now on! The service is friendly, and they always make note to remember who you are. :
