I usually love Potbelly subs and sandwiches. I've been a huge fan for about 10 years now. However the last two times I've come to this location have been negative. From the prices, whitch have been going up an up, to the service an the subs. You would think the employees were ex McDonald's or Burger King employees. Fast and friendly service. The food was very tasty and enough to share.
My husband and I have gone here various times to have our shake dates! Each time we visit, we are welcomed with friendly customer service. Thank you!!!!

Do you guys get a kick out of watching people push/pull locked doors all day or is it just laziness?
