We ate here for the first time tonight and loved everything about it. We got the bread board, Wagyu steak dinner, turkey and polenta ravioli and for dessert we got the s’more! My friends and I were excited to try this place, but unfortunately it was disappointing. We waited about 15 minutes for our drinks and it was not busy. When we ordered food, we were told they were out of flatbreads, shrimp, vegan reuben, and a few other items, so half the menu. I had such a great time at Portico ! The lunch was top-notch, and the service was absolutely on point. All around good vibes. Def recommend checking it

Worst service I’ve experienced. 3 couples, didn’t get 1 drink order correct. Brought drinks that were for another table. Said table was sharing the same terrible experience with us, all parties agreed to never come back. So bad the bartender had to come to the table to ask what we needed. Checks weren’t even close, but we didn’t ask to be corrected since everything was extremely slow and didn’t want to be there any longer.
I had lizzy as my server and she was so amazing! She was very helpful and charming and made me feel right at home. Wonderful food and awesome atmosphere, highly recommend dining here!
I used to be a frequent consumer of Portico. USED TO BE, being the key word. I was in town for business this week and gave them 3 tries, each day I stopped in for dinner giving them the benefit of the doubt that the kitchen was having a bad day but unfortunately this level of service, or lack there of, appears to be the new norm.
