What Peter P doesn't like about Lyon Street Cafe:
I don’t understand why my drink tasted like olives. I ordered an iced Americano, which is what I get everywhere. I thought my partner was joking when they said “it’s good I guess but tastes like olives.” They weren’t. I got it back took one sip and couldn’t drink the rest. I thought I was being pranked but it’s been over a week and no cameras have come forwards so it must have just been truly awful coffee. View all feedback.

The website boast “a range of options for our gluten-free and vegan friends.” There were zero GF options. Super disappointing, considering I came here specifically because of this misleading information. Dietary restrictions: No Gluten-Free options.
Went there for first time this morning and I ordered a cup of coffee with vanilla and cream. It was the absolute worst cup of coffee I've ever had. The barista was wonderful and the cafe was cute, but this is bottom of the barrel coffee.
This is my favorite coffee place in GR and has been for a decade. Even though I moved out of GR, I still go out of my way to grab a pour over here and stop at Martha's Vineyard or the bakery. The staff here are always kind and pleasant and they make the best coffee in town. The olive oil cake is also amazing. Can't speak highly enough of this place and the folks who run it!
Tried for first time. Authentically good coffee. Tried the cortado. And the cinnamon coffee cake muffin. Really good. Decent and calm music to add to the atmosphere. Parking available on the side of the building and on the street.
