Wendy's - Grand Rapids

Worst experience at a restaurant so far. My order was supposed to be a large Hi-C, fruit punch, a 10-piece nugget, and a large chocolate Frosty. I obviously got an orange Hi-C, the chocolate frosty cup was in the bag with the nuggets and completely cracked down the side drenching the nuggets and the bag. No straw or spoon even. Bag didn't even have napkins. The doordash girl was in tears about how rude they were to her and would not correct the order.

It took 35 minutes to process 4 car through the drive thru and the food was horrible. My Dave's double had the wrong toppings and condiments, which was not as annoying as the 2 old burnt patties they adorned. So much for fresh never frozen

Came for a doordash order. Dude at the front hated his life so much immediately upon arrival. Let me sit there and wait for the order for 10 mins, asked what was going on and was told no baked potatoes would be available for 2 hours as the dark skinned dude laughed in my face about. I suggested to the worker up front that if he hated his life so much he should probably find a new job. Praying he finds some joy somewhere in his life. (Trying to figure out how to add a pic of him since all the staff refused to give me his name brb)

Had to repeat order 7 times and show receipt and come back to find they still missed my burger

Poor customer service and only caring about door dash and drive through . Especially when waiting a half hour for food .
