What Theresa Ockaskis doesn't like about Sundance Grill & Bar:
The food and service was great! However they add a 3% fee to the bill. If they take the time to reprint the menu's to add this fine print at the bottom, why not just fully disclose the price you'll pay in the item prices? We ate at the 28th st. Location. Food was great but they must be short staffed. It took forever to get coffee. After getting the first serving of coffee, we struggled to get help for refills. It was also slow to take our order and deliver it. The waitstaffwas nice and did their best. I thought, perhaps, the problem was in the kitchen but the bar was backed up too. We had twoseparate couples seated across from us. The first received their food shortly after we were sat but their food was cold. Thesecond waited nearly 30 minutes, If not longer, before they got their food. Staff continually walked by them as they attemptedto ask for assistance with checking on their food. This was the overall experience and made it difficult to enjoy a meal outwith parents.
Love, love love! This was our first time at this location, but it was no disappointment. Same great service, food, and atmosphere. Mimosas were on point, per usual. And the food was fresh, delicious, and fulfilling. We will be back, to anylocation. Recommend for breakfast and/or brunch in particular.
Disappointed. Looked at the menu online, ordered the stacked nachos over the phone to go. Brought my food back to work after picking it up to find the nachos I received did NOT match the description of the order they gave me. I looked at my receipt andthe description was listed as tin can nachos so I called to complain about the order. I was told that was the replacement ofthe stacked nachos that they do not serve anymore. I would think if someone calls to order something specific and its changed..that the employees should be informing guests of changes of menu items ESPECIALLY if its a to go order. This was my first timeordering from this restaurant and probably the last. The nachos where BASIC for $16, not to mention it was mostly soggy chips.10-15 min ETA pick up time and showed up 15 to be safe.. it shouldn 't be THAT soggy with that quick of a pick up time. only goodthing to say was the nice hostess girl who first helped me, she was great.. but the second girl that actually took care of thetransaction didn 't say a word to me. I still tipped 20% but man, I 'm just very disappointed in all of the experience of thisplace.
We had a group of 12, and several of us were a little extra with our requests Ryan handled every situation with kindness and grace, he really went above and beyond! The food was delicious and we got it in good time, which was especially impressiveconsidering how busy they were and that we had a large group. Thanks again Ryan for making our time there such a pleasantexperience!
This place is always on point. Great food and great service! You can basically pick anything blind folded and know whatever you get will be awesome!
