One of the few starbucks I actually enjoy. Usually I get a chocolate croissant and they ask if I warm it up or not. I don't like it warmed up when I love the cripple. The staff is very friendly and you can say that they have no smile on the face. Very pleasant conversation with them.

Depending on the workers who work when the drinks taste good or not overall they do a good job

This Starbucks is located inside the Grand Rapids Target store. The staff are friendly and service oriented. On one occasion recently, I wasn't completely satisfied with my drink. When I told them this, they happily remade the drink to my satisfaction. Lately it's harder and harder to find businesses that put customers first. Although this is just a single anecdote, it seems to suggest that this location has the right stuff.
