What Racheal G doesn't like about Ganders Lounge:
They had room to accommodate our large family made of children and adults. Prices were extremely high. Most of us had burgers, salad, beer. 20% gratuity was included automatically, which the waitress informed us. What was upsetting was the extra 20% service charge that was added with no explanation. It's mostly just a place for the Hotel, but non-guests are welcome, I have been twice for breakfast, things are a bit slow, mostly due to very little staff, but they are trying for sure. I have ordered off menu breakfast, and had the buffet breakfast, definitely order off menu, the quality is 10X better. They have really good Bloody Marys, coffee is what you'd expect at a hotel. Really nice and attentive staff. Food tasted great! Had a Chef's special on lasagna for only $15. Huge serving and was delicious.
For being a restaurant in a Double Tree hotel it was really good. I ended up going there 3 times during my stay, not including getting breakfast there everyday....
