Rus's food and staff are always amazing.
We came in just before closing and they still let us order, the food was great and the staff was very accommodating and kind despite going in just 1 minute before closing time. Kid-friendliness: Fantastic family place. Highly recommend this place
Got a salad bar. Food was terrible. Ranch dressing and blue cheese were in the wrong containers. The area by the salad bar was so sticky my flip flops kept falling off. Staff watched me struggle and never cleaned it. I was never asked about refills. It was dirty, like, really dirty. Some staff was nice. Some not so much.
I stopped by for a quick lunch expecting fresh food. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, but was disappointed to find it was made with fake chicken patty meat. I considered sending it back for a hamburger, but decided to eat it and leave instead. I have fond memories of my mom taking me to Russ's, but this experience was not the same.
