Qdoba Mexican Eats - Grand Rapids

I wish would have read the reviews before we chose to eat at this location. We stopped at this location last month for lunch. I understand there is a lunch rush, particularly on Saturdays, however we had to wait 30-40 minutes total from ordering to receiving our food. Our food arrived cold, but we ate it anyway, as we were very hungry at that point. Staff seemed unorganized and couldn?t figure out how to make a simple quesadilla for our daughter. This location didn?t have any drinking straws (they simply said they were ?out of straws? , I also couldn?t put the proper lid on my cup since they were apparently out of those too. Qdoba has already reached out to my wife and addressed all these issues with her in a satisfactory way. I simply wanted to post this review to discourage people from eating at this location.

Just left this place, staff seems uninterested in being there and in doing their jobs. This is evident in their interactions with customers and in the state of the restaurant in general. Dirty floors and tables, counter area not just dirty but bordering on unsanitary. I wish I could at least say it was because they were busy but they were not. Waste of $18 because after seeing the conditions of the food prep area we left and threw our food out, untouched. I?m sure there will be a default response saying they?re sorry but seeing the numerous reviews commenting on the lack of cleanliness makes me think no one actually does care.

Went in to get food, dining area was extremely messy and so was the kitchen. The pop machine was very gross and uncleaned, and practically out of every kind of drink. This location has historically been very unprofessional, dirty, and unhelpful whenever I go. My chips were extremely stale and all small broken pieces. The lettuce was also warm and visibly old. Overall a horrible experience?

The food was great! Unfortunately, the bathrooms were smelly and not very clean. The restaurant fixtures (tables, chairs, etc. seem in need of a refresh. There's a lot of worn cushions, etc. The floors were also not very clean, making them a bit grimy. It would be a great place for take-out, but the dine-in experience needs a little improvement/TLC.

The cleanliness and customer service was unacceptable. The whole place had trash everywhere and the trash can was piled up on top. The employees were very unprofessional, making customers feel awkward with side conversations and they acted like making our food (which is their job) a burden. They weren?t stocked with anything either and A couple employees were standing around not doing anything when there was customers to be waited on. It has gotten progressively worse everytime we stop in.
