While on a drive my husband and I decided to go through the drive through to get some dinner to eat on the drive home. My husband got the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and loved it. It was very spicy and flavorful. I went with a 3 piece fried chicken with fries and a lemonade. What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
Placed order online 30 minutes before close, got to drive though 25 minutes before close. Was told they couldn't fulfill our order because they weren't going to fry more chicken this close to closing. Drive thru at this point was around the building. Food we got was okay, but not what we ordered, and sorry to the cars in line behind us. View all feedback.
We visited the drive-thru at 11:30 PM and found the food to be hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly.
They need to pay a bit more attention to the orders so that people in the drive-thru don't have to check their items to confirm that their orders were taken correctly.
We were the only ones in line to place our order, yet there were 4-5 employees present, and none of them were at the counter. They seemed solely focused on the drive-thru and didn’t pay any attention to us waiting. After we finally placed our order, we had to ask multiple times for our food, which took a frustrating 30 minutes to arrive.
Double check that you get spicy chicken and not regular. It was good though.
The front cashier named Elsie provided great customer service! She was kind, prompt, and took our order correctly. Also, great job to the whole staff for preparing our order correctly and it was hot. I truly appreciate it as a customer ?
