We had an amazing time here! Meagan made my father's 60th birthday dinner truly special. The cheese curds were melt-in-your-mouth good and disappeared in no time, and the corn dip was just as delicious. The Scotch tasting for my father was fantastic! What Meg L dislikes about One Bourbon:
We thought we would try the restaurant week menu and it was gross. Even though we know tar-tar is raw, we thought it would be ok since it's SUPPOSED to be top quality meat. However, there was a thick ribbon of gristle and texturally chewy pieces that didn't set us up in a good place for the rest of the meal. Salad was ok. Drinks were good. A Bourbon was a great place with really comfortable ambience. Our server, Kira, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, without being pushed. The roasted cheese cured appetizer was light and tasty. All our entrees were beautifully prepared, tasted great and had a unique Southfair. And the cocktails and bourbons were thrilled. All in all, the best culinary experience I had in a long time.

We came upon this place after our finding out the initial place we were going to go lost power. We are so happy we did! Great service, great food and drinks and the owner is super friendly. We will be back!

Ok not sure where to start. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. The drink recommendation was perfect.. Very unique menu. So so good. We tried the Mac Cheese, Whitefish, Cheese dip, oh and they have home made fries.. ya yum.. This will be our first choice when downtown GR..

My first time visiting One Bourbon I enjoyed an old fashioned and it wasn 't whimpy at all! I 'd never had an old fashioned and it tasted great! For my meal I had the Lemon Dill salmon. It was amazing! I was able to swap out the red skin mashed potatoes with green beans! Over all One Bourbon was a hit! I will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
