For my meal I h... read more My first time visiting One Bourbon I enjoyed an old fashioned and it wasn 't whimpy at all! I 'd never had an old fashioned and it tasted great! For my meal I had the Lemon Dill salmon. It was amazing! I was able to swap out the red skin mashed potatoes with green beans! Over all One Bourbon was a hit! I will be back! My wife and I stopped by for a drink while waiting for a table at Butchers Union, but we were so impressed that we decided to cancel our reservation and stay instead. The owner was extremely friendly and greeted us at the door like an old friend. Definitely check it out!
