Mexo Tequila Mezcal Bar And Restaurant

Beautiful presentation of dishes - the Oaxacan-Marg with Mezcal is a smokey dream! We have sopis, octopus ceviche, a tamal stack, the pig bell and four leches of cake. The best for me, by far was the Margarita and free Tortilla chips. I also enjoyed the tamal stack. The pig bell was a bit dry and went unfinished. The cake was in the new version (fruitful), but not very tasteful. I probably wouldn't reorder either. Our waitress was slow, but very friendly. For the price we were a smidge disappointed about performance and taste.

5* Amazing food, super friendly staff. Probably the best churros I've ever eaten! I saved this place in my favorite folder. Love it!

Unique take on prehispanic Mexican cuisine Great works of art and great modern yet comfortable decoration. The food was very delicious and the prices were reasonable. I'd suggest the Carnitas Tacos.

Everything was good at MeXo today. The margaritas are unique compared to other places in the area, but definitely light on the tequila. The guacamole and chips were good, but the Guac share was misleading with a large piece of avocado on the ground. The Tacos were the greatest disappointment, all 3 came cold after half an hour waiting to get them (it was not busy either). If they were warm, they would probably have been much better. Besides the food, the interior is great and our server was very friendly. It is certainly possible this was just a free day, but we would not recommend MeXo over some of the other great options in the area for similar cuisine.

Love this place. It?s a vegan gem. The sikil p?aak (pumpkin seed dip) is delicious. Their pre-hispanic dinner series is SO fun! It?s the perfect date night spot. Staff are friendly and attentive.
