A gravy comes with the sides BTW. Bread was so addictive. The 3 of us had leftovers. Nice spiciness from the chicken and the gravy. They have vegetable options that I will revisit on my meatless days. Did I mention the coco bread? Made with coconut flour. Yep 3 times I see. They are open at the end of the week and cater. Call ahead they are busy.

The flavors... read more This was the best tofu I have ever had at a restaurant! I ordered the tofu vegan box, which included tofu, vegetables, rice, and beans all for $15. The flavors were incredible! My only minor complaint would be that I wished there was more of the sweet elements and less rice, but overall the meal was simply delicious. I will definitely be returning!

The interior is beautifully decorated with... read more Irie Cuisine is a hidden gem located in a strip shopping center on the outskirts of Kentwood, near the highway ramp. The interior is beautifully decorated with large tables and benches for families to eat together. The braised cheeks were absolutely perfect, and the mushrooms and rock tofu were some of the best dishes I have ever tasted. The mushrooms literally melted in my mouth and the tofu was crispy, beautifully seasoned, and delicious. The vegetables were also very tasty. I also tried a drink called Acid, which is a traditional spicy hibiscus juice that was delicious, as well as a smoothie that had hints of mango and berries.
