Amazing service! We ordered our pizza online and shortly after, we received a phone call informing us that they noticed we had requested vegan cheese on our gluten-free pizza. They kindly offered an alternative pizza sauce, as the normal one contained cheese. This was greatly appreciated as my husband is lactose intolerant. He also mentioned that the gluten-free pizza itself was fantastic. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Heritage Hill Pizza:
Way to turn one of GR pizza places into the worse place to go! Order was wrong after explaining for 5 minutes how we wanted the wings. Extra extra cooked. Got home to find wings whiter than myself! Called to complain and they offered a new order. Drive back to pick them up and the manager pulls them out of the oven to ask if they were cooked long enough. The wings were barely cooked. The first time they changed the property and was not disappointed! I tried the 'flatfoot' similar to a Detroit style pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I had in a long time! The cheese was abundant and delicious! The crusts and edges were beautiful and cracked on the outside, while airy and soft on the inside. Incredibly filling while you don't feel crowded after a few pieces. The cheese breadsticks were also a winner and covered with Ooey-Gooey cheese and similar to the pizza had beautiful crisp edges and wonderful butter and garlic quality! Much better than the chain pizzas!
We ordered a small meat pizza and it was great. Next time I plan to order a Calzone and possibly some chocolate chip cookies.
Crust was good but the sauce was so incredibly salty it was practically inedible. Called the restaurant to see what could be done and they were willing to give a full refund. Very helpful staff. Just hope the next time we stop in it’s better Edit: After calling the store they acknowledged that there was a mistake in making the sauce and it should not have been as salty. Just unfortunate timing. All in all a great place with nice staff. Owner is polite and offered us a free pizza after the mistake! Would definitely go back
My co worker and I tried the slices today at lunch it was great! And amazing customer service as well
Great pizza, delivered right on time and piping hot. First timer and will definitely order again.
