Ferris Coffee Nut Co. - Grand Rapids

I frequent the cafe/retail store at their warehouse location on the west side of Grand Rapids. So I had some elderly family members meet me in its massive, mostly vacant parking to exchange couch I was giving them. Then, these two tough guys came storming out of the warehouse and demanding that we immediately move because Ferris isn 't a couch store . Huh? We then apologized and kindly let them know we will move momentarily. At that point, they demanded we move now or else because we were blocking there shipping/receiving port (we weren 't by the way). Keep in mind--this is me and three elderly people. They stood there with their arms crossed and mean-mugged us as we loaded up and left. Just a total embarrassment by the two guys who came out and Ferris for allowing that. Will never go back to their cafe again or buy their products. Roots Brew Shop is right next door, so I high recommend taking your business there instead.UPDATE: After the last interaction, one of the men who came out to intimidate us found my son to apologize. During this, he mentioned there is a vacant back/side area of the parking that that is used for overflow storage that would be better for such things. Because of this, my son went back to exchange more furniture in this new area. When he did, staffers came out AGAIN and instructed him to leave. So, Ferris ' response to my initial review is nonsense. It has nothing to logistic or blocking their busy parking lot. They are just acting petty and not willing to help community members in any way, shape, or form. AVOID at all costs!Also, Ferris ' response to my initial review is laughable. The men certianly did NOT offer to help move the couch situation elsewhere. We did NOT block any shipment (we remained nearby for over an hour and nothing came in/out). Whoever wrote that review is being extremely dishonest. Just unbelievable!

Enjoyed a great coffee to go after making some retail purchases.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, no stairs, wide aisles.

Tons of choices, we bought party trays for all our employees. I think they are really going to enjoy them over the holidays. Service was great too!

Ferris coffee has the best coffee and the greatest employees! Always extremely friendly and always with a smile on their face!

First of all, I love salted cashews. But the 10 ounce bag I bought at Ferris was the most tasteless cashews I have ever purchased. Very disappointing for something that cost more than 10 bucks... No one would think those tasted good...
