Fast service and delicious food. I love having seasonal specialities and a varied menu year. The only thing I have to do is that no egg to make most meals vegan. We were several times and not even something was wrong! I love you to adjust spice levels. I like it hot and my husband really likes it hot! I love tofu or vegetables is an option for most meals, so I can get protein with my meal. View all feedback.
What Lambert Romaguera doesn't like about Erb Thai:
Went to the wealthy street location and picked up Pad Thai and crab cheese bites. Not good, pad thai was bad, the chicken in it was chewy and old. Crab bites were dry and cold. Dont waste your time/money here. View all feedback.
Cozy little place and fair priced as the food wasn't GREAT. I expected our meals to be a little more flavorful and quality and the staff more sociable.. The food I could just tolerate but the presentation of the dishes was lovely. Our service lacking is what gave this place a 2... the two men working, were self absorbed behind the counter and barely looked up to assist with seating or menu questions. Also, Spent a bit of time wondering things aloud to my friends as my table was neglected until I approached the staff in confusion if we actually get table service at this establishment. The purpose of my lunch date was taking one of my closest friends out as a thank you and buying her, her first Thai meal as she has never tried it before.. We made the best off our occasion but I most definitely look forward to a redo and some dank dishes elsewhere!
We have given up on Erb Thai. 9 times out of 10, they’re either closed or don’t answer the phone when you call to place an order. I just ordered a nice meal for my family, which they accepted and then cancelled without explanation. Want good Thai take out? Try Mai Thai. Food is as good but they are reliable.
Worst pad Thai I’ve ever had, especially for the price. It’s also ridiculous they charge $2.50 extra for gluten free and I still got a stomach ache. I only got this because Bangkok taste was closed, never again.
Yet again, they took our order and abruptly closed 30 minutes after accepting it. Don’t take orders you can’t fulfill, it’s not okay and you do it SO OFTEN. It’s disrespectful to your customers. I could understand if it was once or twice, but it’s been 30% of the time. Used to love you guys. Now I shake my head whenever we drive by and cross my fingers whenever we get a craving for your food. So very sick of this.
I have eaten at Erb Thai on and off for many years. Last night I ordered Curry Pad Thai gf with wide noodles and a level 4 spice. I was told there would be an extra $1 charge for the wide noodles. When I went to pick it up, the bill was over $16. I was told that they had to charge me $4 for gluten free (there’s no difference in sauces, I asked) and now $2 for the wide noodle. I asked why I’m being charged for something there’s been no alteration in sauce making but because I uttered the words “gluten free” he was charging me. I also asked why now I was being charged $2 for wide noodles when I was told $1? The man argued with me and asked me if I wanted the food, I said absolutely not for a dish that should have been $11, which I paid about three weeks ago. So if the menu changed in 2021 why didn’t I pay the same amount I paid three weeks previous? Horrible customer service!! I will NOT be going back.
