Chick-fil-a - Grand Rapids

The staff is incredibly friendly, and they serve large chicken sandwiches that offer a healthier alternative to loading up on corn and soy patties. I often ponder how my meal goes from egg to burger. Are these chickens cage-free? We might never find out, given how busy they are making chicken sandwiches for all the customers. The traffic on the bustling road doesn't seem to slow them down. If they keep up their ninja-like sandwich-making skills, they might just put McDonald's in the dust!

I can only speak to the quality of the food, as it was ordered and brought to an outdoor table by someone else. The chicken strips were the best I've ever had in a casual restaurant; each strip was cooked to perfection. The waffle fries were also made just right. I finished off my meal with an excellent chocolate shake. This was my first experience eating from this location, and I would rate the food as outstanding!

Chick-fil-A is, without a doubt, the best fast-food restaurant I've ever been to! I frequently stop by for lunch since I work nearby, and the staff here are far more professional than those at any other fast-food place. The food is amazing, and I've never had a bad experience. Even when there's a long line, the service is quick and efficient. They really know how to handle busy times seamlessly. Everything about this restaurant is done right!

Yesterday to midday, what was the last day of school and the publication was at midday. parking was crowded, auto thru was wrapped and order line was out of the door. the people were in the whole speed, but we found the personal to be professional and ingenious, the waiting time was not bad at all and our eating was delicious and hot. the only thing I would suggest is enlargement! it was a 5-star experience for us!
