Burger Theory Grand Rapids

2 stars for the burger named Bruben something, 1 star for the waiter. The burger is simply blend. While it 's crunchy, it doesn 't have much flavor. Even when I was hungry, I still didn 't find it tasty. The fries were flavored with herbs, but dry perhaps sitting there for a bit long. My man the waiter is fine doing his job and not much more. So from food to service, there is nothing to write home about. If others had a good time, great. For me, I don 't think I would try it again.

Hamburger must have broken while it was cooking, part of the patty fell off the sandwich when the plate was set down in front of me. When asked, I ordered rare. Came very well done. They get two stars just because the waiter was good. I watched him at another table correcting orders. No place I would like to try again. Burger King gets it done better.

Go absolutely anywhere else for a burger. Seriously, cross the river and pick anywhere else to eat. I’ve had a better burger from a gas station hot box. The patties were boiled(? perfectly round pucks, grey inside and out. Their signature burger was served without the bacon or onions and KGB sauce is mayonnaise? My wife’s burger had all the advertised ingredients however the patty was the same way. Chicken strips were very obviously heated in a microwave.

Eat pretty good. my Picky-Esser really enjoyed his chicken strips! and if they wonder if local chicken strips can melt after my son, yes, they can, so super happy mother here. expected not to be much in a hotel, but it is worth going. our waitress jeanine was very accommodating, even if we added food after we got our food, and the many beverage refills we needed.

Beautiful setting but service and food are sub par. Tiki bar bartender was good, but over worked. Several staff members standing around with no idea of what they should be doing. Poorly managed restaurant.
